Learning Hub

We have created this Learning Hub to help those at home during the nationwide schools shutdown. ALL are welcome to use our resources and share them far and wide with friends and family. Currently, we are working in our woods with invited children and those of key workers as part of our St John’s School Forest School provision.

There are competitions, films, activities, word searches, spotter sheets and ideas for things to do when you get bored. Try and visit often, as we will be updating the website daily.

Competition

Those of you who come to OWL & Forest School will know that the kingfisher is Stephen’s favourite bird – and you already know that we see them on the Hogsmill River near St John’s.

We’re setting a challenge!

Create a colourful poster with a picture of a kingfisher on it, do some research and include some kingfisher facts on your poster too. The best one handed in at school at the end of the first week we return back will win a Den Kit. The poster will be displayed in schools, published in newsletters and will appear on our website. Good luck!
